Erin Martin’s passion for helping others bloomed at the young age of fifteen when she started working in a 55+ retirement community as a dishwasher and server. Today, Erin holds a Masters degree in Gerontology from the University of Southern California, the first and #1 Gerontology school in the world founded by the founder of AARP. After running a team of advocates serving over 700 low-income older adults, Erin founded Conscious Aging Solutions to present alternative, preventative, and conscious approaches to healthcare. She is certified in Regenerative Soil Advocacy and is passionate about spreading the gospel of food is medicine and the link to soil health. Erin has worked in all levels of care including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and hospice care. Erin is a LeadingAge National Fellow, public speaker, and administrator of Tulsa’s FreshRx Food is Medicine program.
