  • Overnight in Ijui -  Hotel Jardim Europa

  • 10.00 Visit at Fundacep – a private farming research enterprise raising corn, soy and wheat varieties of highest quality, lunch at Fundacep

  • 16.00 leaving from Fundacep direction Porto Alegre

  • Overnight in Porto Alegre -  Hotel Regent Harbour in the Citycenter

Friday, 19MAR 2010

  • Morning free for shopping of Brazilian Souvenirs

  • 12.00 Check out of the hotel and Transfer to the airport, lunch on the airport

  • 14:40 Flight with TAM from Porto Alegre to Rio de Janeiro/Galeao

  • 17.45 Arrival in Rio

  • 22:30 Flight with DELTA via Atlanta to Kansas or other destinations as booked

Climate in Brazil during the trip:

 During your trip it is usually really hot and sunny in whole Brazil, with temporary strong rainfalls and temperatures about 25 - 38° C ( up to 100º F ). In Cuiaba it is usually hotter than in the South (Passo Fundo). We recommend you to bring light clothes, hats and sun protector 30-50, because sun is really strong here.
